STEP TWO: THE PLAN (STRAIGHT UP, NO NONSENSE PROPOSAL)
Taking the learnings from step one, our CIO and team of expert HUMmers further assess your situation, then draft a plan clearly stating what IT support and services we provide, along with any necessary additions or upgrades that we think you should have (eg, replacing your networking stack or moving your mail to Microsoft Office 365).The minute we’ve agreed on a course of action, and got the costs sorted, we’re good to move to the next phase.
YOUR TIME = 1 HOUR (processing / working through proposal).
STEP THREE: THE WELCOME (MEET THE TEAM, GET YOUR GO TO GUY)
Time for some introductions. Your HUM support crew (think of them as an extension of your own team) will step in at this stage to undertake an in-depth analysis of your IT and your business. You’ll be assigned a ‘go to guy’ for the remainder of the transitioning phase, and they’ll keep you fully up to date with what’s happening, when. Before pushing the final button, we’ll be working behind the scenes to ensure that all the provisioning and prerequisites are sorted, so you can work seamlessly once the ‘lift and shift’ process is complete.
